Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity nursing care to a cardiac patient population in a 28-bed PCU/IMCU
- Monitor telemetry and respond swiftly to changes in cardiac status
- Administer cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors
- Manage patients with STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and C/P conditions
- Maintain a focused 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Float to telemetry beds within the same unit when needed, adjusting to lower acuity levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of documented PCU/Med-Surg/Telemetry experience in a similar-sized facility
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring
- Comfortable caring for cardiac patients with varying acuity levels
- Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced unit
