Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dental hygiene care during 30-minute patient appointments
• Work alongside a dedicated assistant to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow
• Focus on patient comfort and education without the need to take X-rays or perform exams
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow infection control protocols to keep every patient safe

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey (NJ)
• Previous experience as a dental hygienist preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Current CPR certification is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment skills
• Proficiency in dental prophylaxis and scaling
• Knowledge of dental instruments and equipment
• Attention to infection control and sterilization standards
• Ability to collaborate with dental assistants and other team members
