Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis for patients during 30-minute appointment slots
• Focus on patient comfort and quality care while a dental assistant supports your workflow
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the dental team to create a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
• Excellent patient education techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with dental assistants and dentists
• Time management skills to maintain a 30-minute appointment schedule
