Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding dental hygiene care, including cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Assess patients' oral health and accurately document findings for the dentist
• Take and develop dental X-rays following safety protocols
• Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene best practices
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants to protect teeth
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming treatment environment

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Clinical dental hygiene experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a busy dental practice

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and equipment
• Familiarity with dental radiography and X-ray safety
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Experience with dental practice management or EHR software is a plus
• Attention to detail and a gentle, patient-centered approach
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
