Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with dental hygienists to deliver top-notch patient care
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, ensuring a safe and spotless environment
• Capture high-quality X-rays to help guide treatment decisions
• Empower patients with oral hygiene tips and post-care instructions
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date
• Create a warm and welcoming space for every smile

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or ability to meet state requirements
• Radiology/X-ray certification
• CPR certification
• Experience in chairside assisting (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency with dental software and charting systems
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the hygienist
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
