Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy for patients
- Conduct oral health assessments and document patient histories
- Take and process dental X-rays as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Assist the dentist during procedures while ensuring patient comfort
- Maintain a sterile, organized clinical environment in line with safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental hygiene best practices and infection control protocols
- Proficient in dental radiography
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Excellent patient education and chairside manner
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
