Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures to ensure smooth patient visits
• Maintain accurate patient records and personalized treatment plans
• Create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
• Ability to work evening hours with a positive attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene practices and procedures
• Proficiency in taking dental radiographs
• Skill in patient education and motivational interviewing
• Comfortable with dental software and recordkeeping
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
