Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health best practices and home care routines
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
• Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a comfortable patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control standards
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver the highest quality care

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a dental office setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of dental software and patient management systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient interaction
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and sanitation
• Time management skills to keep the schedule running smoothly
