Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, negotiable shifts with one weekday call and one weekend call per month
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care during open heart and endovascular procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist with scrubbing into cases to hold the heart and help close the chest when needed
- Float to General OR when CVOR cases are not scheduled
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR system
- Respond to call within 30 minutes for emergency cases
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Open Heart experience and/or Endovascular experience required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Experience with open heart and endovascular cases
- Ability to work collaboratively in high-acuity surgical environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to float within the facility and zone as needed
