Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
• Document patient care accurately with a smile
• Support patients with meals and feeding, making mealtime enjoyable
• Keep patient areas clean and organized for a healing environment

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification to be ready for anything
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely and confidently
• A compassionate heart and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of patient care principles and best practices
• Proficiency in vital sign monitoring and accurate recording
• Strong documentation skills to keep everything on track
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing needs
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety standards
