Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and specimen collections with confidence and care
• Follow laboratory procedures to ensure accurate sample handling and processing
• Verify patient information and label specimens meticulously
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide a compassionate experience for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients
• Collaborate with the laboratory team to support efficient daily operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician
• Current California State Phlebotomy Licensure
• Current CPR and BLS for Healthcare Providers
• Pediatric phlebotomy experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English/Arabic/Chaldean preferred, but not required
• Strong medical terminology knowledge

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
