Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed OT to help patients regain independence
- Document patient progress accurately and timely to keep care plans on track
- Empower patients and families through education on treatment plans and home exercises
- Communicate patient status and responses clearly to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance protocols in every interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license, or the ability to obtain one
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for helping patients rebuild their independence
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Occupational therapy interventions and treatment techniques
- Patient care and patient education best practices
- Accurate and timely medical documentation
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Teamwork and collaboration with rehab professionals
