Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing team
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
• No prior experience needed - new grads welcome!

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of patient care and safety protocols
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Physical stamina to perform job duties (standing, lifting, walking)
