Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring to ensure comfort and safety
Collaborate with the care team to support individualized resident plans
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment that feels like home
Observe and report changes in resident conditions promptly and professionally

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification
At least one year of recent CNA experience preferred
Valid state license with no restrictions

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong bedside manner and empathy for residents
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail in documentation and care tasks
Reliability and punctuality for consistent shift coverage
