Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff promptly
• Assist with mobility and safe patient transfers, ensuring a secure environment
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized living space for residents
• Support the emotional well-being of patients through attentive interaction and companionship
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest quality of service

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Mexico
• Current CPR and BLS certification
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including some weekends
• Compassionate and patient-focused with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a nice-to-have
