Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
• Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Must present a state or federal issued photo ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to patient needs

• Ability to respond calmly and quickly in emergencies
