Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to patients in their homes or hospice settings
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
Support patients and families with emotional and physical comfort
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Michigan
BLS certification required
Ability to pass background check and health screenings
Compassionate, reliable, and a team player

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Strong attention to detail and patient advocacy
Flexibility to adapt to different patient needs and settings
