Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy evaluation and treatment
  • Develop individualized care plans that help patients reach functional goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent patient care
  • Document patient progress clearly and timely to support continuity of care
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans to maximize recovery

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy (as listed in the posting)
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and adaptable to assignment workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset

Education

  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred) or equivalent entry-level PT degree

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills for adult and/or acute care populations
  • Proficiency in mobility training, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy basics, and assistive device recommendations
  • Knowledge of documentation best practices and electronic medical record systems
  • Ability to triage priorities and manage a caseload efficiently
  • Good patient education and discharge planning capabilities
