Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and timely
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- DPT, MSPT, or BSPT from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in physical therapy and patient evaluation
- Skilled in treatment planning and direct patient care
- Proficient in timely and accurate documentation
- Ability to supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
