Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• DPT, MSPT, or BSPT from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy and patient evaluation
• Skilled in treatment planning and direct patient care
• Proficient in timely and accurate documentation
• Ability to supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
