Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
• Assess patient conditions and communicate effectively with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Advocate for patient safety and well-being at all times
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Maryland LPN or RN license
• Current BLS certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient needs
