Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a similar setting preferred
- BLS certification required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
