Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire or compact state
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 6 months of recent LPN experience in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments quickly
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Proficient in electronic health records
- Time management and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Commitment to patient safety and infection control
