Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, per diem shifts available
Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to elderly residents in a long-term care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Support residents with mobility and transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
- Valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
