Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the nursing department to ensure the highest quality of resident care
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in compliance with regulations
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to foster a collaborative team environment
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
• Monitor patient outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation efficiently

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or compact state
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing leadership
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of healthcare professionals

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and accreditation standards
• Proficiency in electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Expertise in staff development, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Understanding of budget management and healthcare operations
