Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to elderly residents, assisting with daily activities
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Support residents with mobility, bathing, dressing, and meals
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Current GNA certification in Maryland
• CPR certification preferred
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved GNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of patient safety and infection control
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
