Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
• BLS certification required
• At least one year of experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and three days per week

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and observation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
