Shift Type: 3 days per week, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to medical-surgical and cardiac patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families for smoother recoveries
Champion safety and quality in every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent experience in MS or Cardio units preferred
Passion for patient-centered care

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with hospital protocols and emergency response
