Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate respiratory care to patients in need
• Administer oxygen therapy and monitor patient responses
• Manage ventilators and ensure optimal respiratory function
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions
• Respond to emergency respiratory situations with confidence

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• ACLS certification required
• Previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of respiratory care protocols and equipment
• Proficient in ventilator management and airway care
• Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
