Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during pediatric procedures with a gentle, confident touch
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready
• Take and process dental X-rays with care and precision
• Help young patients feel comfortable and at ease before and during visits
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene habits
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the dental team

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant license or certification in Wisconsin
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Friendly and patient with a passion for pediatric care
• Previous experience in a dental office is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Chairside assisting skills
• Sterilization and infection control knowledge
• Dental radiography (X-ray) skills
• Excellent communication with children and parents
• Comfortable using electronic health records
