Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventative dental care to patients
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal evaluations
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and at-home care routines
• Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to patient comfort
• Ability to work evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Excellent communication and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Familiarity with dental charting and practice management software
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring chairside manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
