Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing center
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care strategies

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of nursing principles and best practices
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work evening shifts effectively
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
