Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, compassionate care to critically ill patients in our ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilatory support as needed
• Support and educate patients and their families during challenging times

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa or compact state required
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Previous ICU experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
• Pass background check and health requirements including drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities
• Comfortable with ventilators, cardiac monitors, and ICU equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help
