Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray examinations using Siemens CT equipment
• Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
• Evaluate images for quality and diagnostic value, making adjustments as needed
• Follow radiation safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Document patient information accurately in the imaging system
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• Active Illinois Permit to Practice Radiology required
• CT certification (RT(R)(CT)) preferred, but if you are ARRT(R) with CT experience we want to hear from you
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Siemens CT experience is required - this is a must-have for this role

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in CT and X-ray imaging techniques
• Comfortable operating Siemens CT scanners
• Solid understanding of anatomy and patient positioning
• Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
