Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert care to critically ill patients in our fast-paced ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting treatments as needed
• Administer medications and critical interventions with precision
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop optimal care plans
• Educate and support patients and families through challenging times

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license or compact license eligible
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with calm and confidence
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records
