Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects
• Assess patients' conditions and collaborate with the care team to adjust care plans as needed
• Document care thoroughly in electronic health records and communicate updates to families
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort throughout the night shift

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Must bring state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
