Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in a Med/Surg unit
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in electronic health records
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Patient-centered approach to care
