Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to ICU patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
• Document patient progress and communicate clearly with providers
• Advocate for patients and support their families during critical moments

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• ACLS certification preferred
• ICU or critical care experience highly valued
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical care nursing best practices
• Patient monitoring and assessment
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Ventilator management and emergency response
• Electronic health records and documentation
