Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene
• Take and develop dental X-rays, providing essential diagnostic support
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, helping them maintain healthy smiles
• Manage patient records and assist with appointment scheduling to keep the practice running seamlessly
• Provide a warm and welcoming environment, putting patients at ease from the moment they arrive

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent state licensure
• X-ray certification and experience taking dental radiographs
• Previous experience in orthodontics preferred, but a passion for orthodontic care is essential
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
