Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Educate patients on oral health best practices and preventive care techniques
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
• Document patient treatments accurately and maintain confidential records
• Collaborate with dentists and assistants to create a seamless patient experience
• Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms following infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in clinical dental hygiene is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and infection control standards
• Comfortable using dental software and digital radiography systems
• Excellent patient education and chairside manner
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
