Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care to patients
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Take and interpret dental x-rays
• Document patient care and update medical histories
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills with attention to patient comfort
• Experience with dental software and digital imaging
• Excellent communication and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene practices and techniques
• Skilled in taking and processing dental radiographs
• Familiar with infection control protocols and sterilization
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dental team
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with patients
