Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care that keeps smiles bright and healthy
• Empower patients with oral hygiene education and personalized advice
• Perform dental cleanings, assessments, and X-rays with precision and care
• Partner with our dental team to create a comfortable, stress-free experience
• Maintain meticulous patient records and support treatment planning

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude
• Experience with dental software and digital X-rays is a plus
• Ability to work 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and OSHA regulations
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Comfort working with a diverse patient population
