Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Triage patients efficiently to prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency interventions as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and recognize early signs of deterioration
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to stabilize patients and ensure smooth transitions of care

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact state license)
• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• ACLS certification preferred
• Previous emergency department or critical care experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and ability to stay calm under pressure

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in emergency triage, assessment, and stabilization
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing patient conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork in high-stress situations
• Proficiency with electronic health records and emergency medical equipment
