Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using radiologic equipment
• Position patients accurately and ensure their safety and comfort during exams
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to capture clear and precise images
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols and infection control standards
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the imaging process

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Current Minnesota state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Previous experience in diagnostic radiology preferred
• Strong communication skills and a caring, professional bedside manner

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of radiologic equipment and imaging techniques
• Understanding of radiation safety and patient positioning
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent patient interaction and customer service skills
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and imaging software
