Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging exams (X-ray) to aid in patient diagnosis
• Operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
• Position patients correctly to ensure optimal imaging results
• Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver excellent care
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any issues

Qualifications

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• Active Minnesota state radiographer license required
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in diagnostic radiology preferred
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of radiologic positioning and imaging techniques
• Understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
• Familiarity with EHR/radiology information systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
