Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray and imaging procedures with compassion and precision
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including proper positioning and radiation protection
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment, troubleshooting when needed
• Document imaging details accurately in the patient record
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow technologists to deliver excellent care
• Support new team members during orientation and training

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (R) as a Radiologic Technologist required
• Pennsylvania state radiologic technologist license or ability to obtain
• BLS/CPR certification required (AHA preferred)
• New graduates are encouraged to apply - bring your enthusiasm and we'll provide the rest
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of radiology positioning, techniques, and safety standards
• Familiarity with EHRs and PACS systems
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Compassionate approach when working with children and families
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
