Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatments as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Maine
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation techniques
• Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
