Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions tailored to each patient's occupational therapy plan of care
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist patients and their families with education to support functional independence
• Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising occupational therapist
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
