Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional critical care to diverse ICU patients across multiple facilities
• Titrate and manage critical drips including pressors, sedation, and antiarrhythmics
• Interpret telemetry strips and respond to changes in patient status
• Manage ventilator settings and support respiratory needs
• Float seamlessly between ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and Med-Surg Tele units as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of ICU experience (3+ years if you're a first-time traveler)
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA)
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus
• Ability to float across multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical care expertise including managing complex ICU patients
• Proficiency in drip titration and telemetry interpretation
• Comfort with ventilator management and respiratory troubleshooting
• Flexibility and adaptability to float between units and facilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
