Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and preventive treatments
- Assess patients' oral health and collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and at-home care routines
- Work efficiently with a dedicated assistant to streamline appointments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
- Document patient care accurately and adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and best practices
- Proficiency with dental software and charting
- Strong attention to detail and infection control protocols
- Ability to educate and motivate patients
- Team collaboration and adaptability
