Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Assess patients' oral health and collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and at-home care routines
• Work efficiently with a dedicated assistant to streamline appointments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
• Document patient care accurately and adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and best practices
• Proficiency with dental software and charting
• Strong attention to detail and infection control protocols
• Ability to educate and motivate patients
• Team collaboration and adaptability
