Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to restore function and mobility
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in California or compact eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Acute hospital experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Skilled in patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Proficient in EHR systems and clinical documentation
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
